Job Description : Job Title: Brand CoordinatorWage Range: Employee Type: Salary – ExemptThe Brand Coordinator promotes awareness about the brand, products and services. This position is responsible for contributing to marketing projects, assisting with the development of the brand strategy, creating content for online presence, communications, training, and evaluating the progress of initiatives associated with branding and messaging.Responsibilities: Conduct market researchUnderstand current and target marketsCoordinate with dispensary leadership and purchasing decision-maker(s)Maintain event calendar while coordinating logistics from start to finishMaintain inventory of all brand-related assets and materials, merch, event tech, and other event materials involved in providing positive brand experiences.Daily/weekly communication between vendors to ensure proper execution of all orders and development samplesProject SupportOversee development of ongoing advertising materials (print and digital)Support social media postingAttend events to execute set up and break down, and serve as a brand representativeField incoming partnership requests, evaluate relevance, in-take partner samplesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Love of the cannabis industry and Dr. Jolly’s Brand1-year experience working in branding or salesEvent coordination, photoshoots, merchandise production, and/or budget trackingAbility to take instruction and work independentlyAbility to travel around OregonExcellent communication skills: face to face, over the phone, and electronic communicationThis posting is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities, but rather constitutes a general definition of the position’s scope and function.We are a proud Equal Opportunity EmployerLocation: 1201 NE 2nd St., Portland, OR 97239Job Type: Full-time
