Job Description : Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center is looking to hire a front desk receptionist to work in our Saginaw, Bay City and Midland offices. We are a growing oral surgery practice seeking candidates that have a positive attitude, a high level of professionalism, and are able to work in a fast paced environment.We go over the top to give our patients an excellent experience from start to finish. In order to achieve this, candidates should have the following skills:High level of organizationMulti-taskingCustomer serviceProblem solving skillsTasks:Greeting and checking in patientsAnswering phone callsScheduling patientsOrganizing and preparing daily chartsEstablishing and maintaining patient filesVerifying insurance benefitsScheduling patients in the hospital as neededOther tasks related to patient careDental experience is not required, but is a plus.
