Job Description : DPW Laborer: The City of Grosse Pointe Farms is looking for a hardworking and conscientious person for full-time/benefits employment with the Department of Public Works. This is a general laborer field position involving all aspects of municipal maintenance, road work, Plowing, city beautification, rubbish collection and equipment operation. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, automotive and/or small engine repair is preferred. Interested candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a CDL-class B within 6 months of the start of their employment.The deadline for submitting resumes is April 1, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Submit all resumes through Indeed. Resumes will be reviewed and successful candidates will be contacted to schedule interviews the week of April 4, 2022.
