Purpose of the Job
Key Deliverables
Support in all the activities w.r.t Sales, Hiring and Clients that the CEO handles.
Act as POC and communicate with the internal and external teams on the CEOs behalf and coordinate logistics.
Drafts reports, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with internal teams and Clients.
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing meetings, business presentations, and documentation .
Performs other duties as assigned. Oversees the training and support.
Skills Required
Strong interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organisational, and research skills .
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualifications
Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM
Work Experience
4-8 years of Sales Experience
