At 365, we are committed to supporting our customers and employee’s success!This position reports to the Director of People and Careers and will be responsible for supporting the learning, manager and professional development needs of 365 Retail Markets. They will develop and deliver training courses and materials, ensuring employees have the skills to succeed and the company has the resources to support its growth. They will partner with internal subject matter experts and HR colleagues to develop and facilitate new hire onboarding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, professional skill development, change management and manager training.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning programs across a variety of subject matters to support the needs of team members and leadersDesign and manage programs and initiatives that contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplaceAssist with conducting learning needs assessments and employee surveys to provide solutions to address common themesUtilize data from engagement surveys and employee feedback to design programs, resources and training to managers and employeesDesign, create, and maintain learning guides and course materials on strategies to build engagement and improve the employee experienceMonitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and modify as needed.Develop and execute change management plans including communication, education, and training to ensure awareness and engagement throughout integrationProvide cross office trainings to promote streamline processes and communications throughout the companyUse culture and change management strategies and tools to enhance employee engagementAssist with M&A integration by providing trainings as need to newly acquired leadership and employeesOther related duties as assigned. Requirements:Past training experience; training adults and creating curriculumsBS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field; 3 years of experience in a training roleStrong leadership, diplomatic, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skillsSelf-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandsKnowledge of learning management softwareProven ability to complete full training cycleFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods and resourcesTrack record in designing and executing successful training programs company wideStrong interpersonal and communication skills*Full COVID-19 vaccination requiredJob Type: Full-time
