Job Description : Zolli Candy – Office Manager and Administration:An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and dynamic health and CPG – Consumer Packaged Goods products company. Located in Commerce, MI We are looking for a multi-talented person to help our company continue to grow as we reach the next level!This candidate will work with the core team to ensure overall office organization, communication and execution of the day-to-day activities, as well as work on various sales and marketing initiatives. This position will report to the company Manager and will need to be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Highly organized, positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, business judgement or experience are traits of ideal candidate.As a small organization with a BIG opportunity and vision, every person matters, and their contributions and efforts are visible and make a difference. Being a self-starter, ability to work independently and in groups effectively, creating organization with open communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.Job Responsibilities:Administrative – retailer forms and processes, organization office, trafficking and follow-up on projects, point of contact for trade events, travel coordination, customer service, letter writing, email responses,Sales order processing and follow-up.Samples – sending to customer, media and others with tracking & shipping.Website – update content and links with videos, pics etc.Processes & Procedures – document operating procedures & provide recommendations for improvementCreate – Proposals, Power Point presentations & customer bids as needed.Maintain and follow-up multiple projects.Assist receiving, logistics processing and filling of customer orders.Data entry tasks with accountingTrade show organization and coordinationCross train to assist in the day-to-day activities of other departments as needed.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skills.Small business or office experienceConfidence & willingness to learn.Solid Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Creative problem solving ability.Proactive entrepreneurial mindset.Graphic Design experience a plus!Media analysis and experience a plus!Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:Employee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Following COVID protocols.Ability to commute/relocate:Charter Township of Commerce, MI 48390: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
