Job Description : As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist with day-to-day operations at our production facility, working in 3 main areas, alongside dedicated personnel.PurchasingMaterial ManagementShipping and ReceivingResponsibilities: PurchasingProcess purchase requestsCreating purchase ordersCoordinate lead times with various vendorsShipping and ReceivingReceive incoming shipments into our ERP systemCheck deliveries for completenessLabel itemsPreparing items for shippingSetup shipments with freight forwardersMaterial ManagementGather materials from the inventory room and provide to requestorsSetup new items in our parts databaseQualifications: Associate’s or higher desired, but not requiredAt least 3 years in a comparable role, in at least one of the 3 areasExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent inter-personal communication abilityProficient in MS Office suite of software tools, ability to learn new software tools/applications/methods as neededAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasksJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
