– (22003312)
In accordance to specified procedures, operates a console switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls; performs various Hospital communications and clerical duties; acts as Hospital receptionist. Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of patients. Insures that accurate patient information is collected and that patients are aware of Hospital policies and procedures.
Required: High school graduate or equivalent with clerical and computer courses.
Preferred: Previous Customer Service experience is desired.
