This position functions primarily supporting billing and cash application for Royalties and Advertising AR Representative and E&S.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
(5%) Manage Franchisee Banking (MICR)
Create new bank account MICR’s for Franchisees in PeoplesoftEdit MICRs for store sales (if buying bank account as well)Work with Banking issues for changes from JPMorgan(NSFs)
(5%) Contract Entry
Enter Fran Contracts for all new storesProcess store sale contracts-end old, start newWork Agreements Coming Due report-extend contracts for Fran business unitMaintain appropriate internal controls and adhere to Company policy and procedures. Ensure there are no significant deficiencies or material weaknesses, as defined by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 200
(25%) Incentive Tracking
Data entry of Sales to Incentive Tracking SheetRunning Queries to confirm manual tracking findingsSend out warning emails to Franchisees close to fulfilmentCreate Credit adjustments for balance of IncentivesCreate new Tracking sheets for new incentivesResearch credits

E&S Freight, DPIHO and International InvoicesResearch all Freight questionsResearch in Peoplesoft with Ledger Recaps for Peoplesoft Prepayment orders

Process Credit Card PaymentsHelp with Clearance LettersOther tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or applicable work experiencePractical experience with computer applications for spreadsheets and word processingStrong verbal, written, & organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in accounts receivable, customer service and computer systems preferredSelf motivated and able to work independently
