Job Description : Hydra-Power Systems, Inc. has a new opportunity for a Danfoss Testing and Assembly Technician.We are proud of our state-of-the-art facility that is exceptionally well maintained, organized and clean. Our team is professional, stable and highly skilled.This position is responsible for testing of all Danfoss products assembled at HPS and will assist with other assembly needs in the production assembly department.Perform Danfoss testing and reportingDecipher Danfoss model codes and use parts manualsInterpret hydraulic schematic symbolsSupport engineering evaluation testing and documentation for Danfoss productsSupport production test processes and instructions Including documentationSupport Danfoss component trouble shooting at HPSAssist in the design of fixtures and manages test fixturesMaintain and monitor test equipment.Maintain test tog and recordTrain assigned personnel to perform testing for production workloadRequirements Include:Associates Degree or certificate/equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Since 1970, Hydra-Power Systems, Inc. has specialized in distribution of quality hydraulic and pneumatic components, design and manufacturing of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Valve Manifolds, design and manufacturing of Hydraulic Power Units and Custom Hydraulic Equipment.
