Job Description : JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH THE CITY OF MADRAS POLICE DEPARTMENT

The City of Madras Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Certified Police Officer. Applicants must be no less than 21 years of age. The position also requires a high school diploma or equivalent (a two-year degree or vocational training in criminal justice, police science or related field is desirable). Successful candidates will have no disqualifying criminal history within the past seven years or any felony convictions and must complete a background investigation. Incentive of 5% base pay if bilingual in Spanish.

The annual salary range is $53,770 to $69,278 with an excellent benefit package.
