However, this candidate will be based in Montana.YouAs a Superintendent, you are part of the team managing projects to completion on schedule and within budget. You are the primary field contact and field supervisor reporting directly to a Project Manager. You are a strong communicator. You are honest, organized, efficient, and hold yourself to a high standard of accountability. You are hands on and ready to jump in to help a project succeed. You have general carpentry knowledge and can complete carpentry duties on a project as needed. Since you know how to do the work, you are able to inspect for quality on subcontractor work. You are flexible, adaptable, and able to positively accept feedback.
