Job Description : Job Description: Provides leadership, direction and administrative oversight for the operations of Facilities Management, Environmental/Laundry/Linen Services, Security and Biomedical ServicesREQUIREMENTS: Associates or Bachelors degree in related field- REQUIREDWilling to obtain Oregon driver’s license- REQUIREDFive (5) years’ experience in a hospital as a maintenance engineer or in a building or construction trade.- REQUIREDTwo (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or lead position in a health care facility- REQUIREDExperience with refrigeration, nurse call systems, fire alarm systems, elevators, pumps and motors, boilers, generators, chillers and HVAC and other various hospital equipment and electrical equipment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 – $155,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Desired salary?Best email address & good time to call you?Experience:Hospital Maintenance engineer: 5 years (Required)HVAC Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
