Job Description : Woodhaven Senior Community is a independent living senior community located in Flint Township. We currently have 123 apartments, 88 clubhomes, and a clubhouse with a pub and grille, wellness center and indoor pool. We are an active vibrant community looking for an Executive Director to oversee the daily operations and marketing of our community. Ideal candidates will have previous property management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills. Must have experience with finance and budgets.We are a growing community looking for a leader who will challenge and engage the staff to help improve their work-life balance. We are looking forward to reopening our grille and pub and to start marketing our clubhouse to outside rentals.Manage department heads as well as supporting staffObserve and manage budgets with each departmentInspect building and grounds dailyAttend marketing events to promote Woodhaven Senior CommunityEngage with residents and family members.
