Job Description : At Grön we work to maintain high quality standards in our product and our work, while supporting our community and the development of our industry.The Facility Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and takes full responsibility for all daily activities of the production facility. The Facility Manager manages local scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. The Facility Manager is expected to follow, maintain and hold team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure processes are as efficient and safe as possible.Duties:Oversees daily activities of Logistics facilityCoordinators with central operations management to maximize scheduling.Supervise logistics teams in packaging and fulfillment.Coordinates all needs of the warehouseEnsures smooth transportation of all productsMETRC specialistTrains and holds accountability on METRC users and systemsPerforms quarterly OLCC auditsKeeps records of all compliance documents, OLCC cards, safety trainings, etc.Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively manage the personnel assigned.Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assignedTraining of staff and leads to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.Competencies:Effective CommunicationExcellent StandardsInitiativeOrganizing and PlanningResults OrientationAt Grön, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all Team Members and candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
