What are we hiring for?

We have full-time warehouse worker openings, and we also have our flex-shift program that allows you to pick your schedule (based on availability)!

Here is how our flex program works: Once hired, you will download our scheduling app (available shifts get uploaded weekly), you will then self-schedule the shifts you can work and show up to your shift – it’s that easy!

A few things to note:

For our full-time positions, you must have open availability (Sundays & Mondays)!
For our flex (part-time) positions, you MUST have availability on Sundays & Mondays.

Arrival instructions:

To enter the facility, please use the second driveway from the main lobby (Signage states Associate Parking Entrance).
Upon arrival, text your first & last name to let us know you have arrived; the number is located on the Visitor entrance door.
You will then receive a text with check-in instructions.
Face masks are required for everyone, regardless of vaccine status.
The dress code is casual, although does require close-toed shoes.
If you have a resume available, bring it with you! If not, no worries.

Here is some of what your day will look like as an Order Selector:

You must safely, accurately, and efficiently pull orders in the warehouse which includes grocery products, perishables, frozen food, or repack products.
You will palletize, shrink wrap, and place orders in the assigned locations.
You will report adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage, or damaged stock. You will also be notifying your supervisors of any location changes and out of stocks.
You will transport products throughout the warehouse utilizing an electric pallet jack.
You will maintain order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety.
You will assist other department personnel when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnel.

Who should apply?

Professionals with the following:

At least six months experience in a large distribution center is preferred for full time and required for FLEX
Experience with a double pallet jack preferred for full time, required for FLEX
Ability to safely lift to 75lbs continuously throughout your shift
Ability to pick products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug exam upon offer

Please note: You must be able to work in a range of temperatures ranging from -10 to 90+ degrees, and you will be required to meet a 3-month probationary period.
