Job Description : Who we are…
AvantStay delivers exceptional, unique stays for group travelers. The company has built a tech-enabled millennial hospitality brand to be the new standard for group experience. We are venture funded and growing rapidly in the explosive $100+ billion dollar STR industry.
We are looking for an Independent Contractor to perform comprehensive inspections of our luxury vacation homes twice annually and on a project-by-project basis in order to ensure our portfolio is of the highest quality. The auditor will inspect the entire property guided by an AvantStay checklist, take photos, note issues, and create work orders through a property software.
What You’ll Do…
Drive to different properties to complete audits
Complete text, numerical, and photo requirements for all items on property checklist
Report any functional, cosmetic, and safety issues using audit checklist
Create work orders during audit for AvantStay using a property software
Ability to operate household / kitchen appliances for inspection purposes
Property audits may take up to or around 4-8 hours per property
