Position : Caregiver – Assisted Living
Job Description : We are seeking qualified and fantastic caregivers to provide care to our seniors here at Capital Manor. If you are looking for a rewarding job, a great place to work and want to be part of a team apply today!
Current shifts available:
Day Shift – 6am to 2:30pm, Friday through Monday. Full-time benefit eligible.
Swing Shift – 2pm to 10:30pm, Friday through Monday. Full-time benefit eligible
Night Shift -10pm to 6:30am, Friday through Monday. Full-time benefit eligible.
Please note, due to Oregon Mandate, all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or apply for and receive an approved medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; preferred one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must posses or be willing to get a Food Handlers card.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk through out the shift and on all units. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
