Job Description : The Shrink Space is making mental health care more accessible.
The Shrink Space is female-founded by two clinical psychologists with first-hand experience with the challenges young adults face in accessing mental health care. The platform launched in February 2019 and in 2 years we’ve had 5,700+ community providers join our network, 60+ universities/colleges partner with us, and thousands of students use our platform to find a mental health provider.
In October 2020, we joined the ProtoCall Services family and we couldn’t be more excited to grow our team. Your Day to Day
You have two primary responsibilities:
(1) providing customer support to The Shrink Space (TSS) community providers, students and when appropriate, university staff and
(2) grow the TSS provider network, by regularly contacting and communicating with prospective community providers about the benefits of joining the TSS community.
Other components
You will manage and triage customer support questions via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
You will make regular contact and follow-up with prospective community providers.
You will educate and promote the benefits of the premium TSS subscription service to both current and prospective community providers.
You will manage various premium TSS subscription features/products including provider set up, payment management, and other administrative tasks.
You will verify the licensure status of new providers and entering into CRM in a timely manner.
You will manage providers in our email marketing tool on a daily basis.
You’ll tackle any other duties as assigned.
This is you ifYou have 1+ years of experience in customer service.Prior knowledge of behavioral health licensure credentials strongly preferred.You have excellent communication skills and know how to connect with people whether in person, over phone or email.You have a thick skin and are comfortable troubleshooting website difficulties customers may have when completing their profile.You have great organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail, to ensure small details are not overlooked.Excellent computer skills – fluency with Google Docs and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as a part of a team.You want to learn and grow. As part of a small team under the ProtoCall+ umbrella, you are excited to learn quickly and take on more responsibility over time.Flexible schedule and ability to provide timely responsiveness as needed in support of 24-hour operations.You believe in our mission to improve mental health care access.
