Job Description : Equipment Tech $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS WITH GREAT BENEFITS

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipmentAble to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool break downsMonitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendation and improvements to maintenance proceduresWork with engineers to design and execute equipment improvements projectsAble to clearly communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetingsAble to provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Two years associate technical degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering or military electronics training equivalent1-5 years of experience preferred – 1-3 jobs within the last 5+ years
Knowledge/familiarity to support Probers, Rudolph NSX, Rudolph Metapulse, KLA Zeta, KLA Altair, KLA F5X, KLA P260, Camtek Eagle, Thermawave, and a variety of other wafer Metrology equipment.Strong mechanical and electronic skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated project management skills (tool upgrades, installation, decommissioning, development)Problem solving ability and knowledge of SPC and how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environmentCandidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs. as well as be able to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment (PPE) for possible work handling hazardous materialsAdditional requirements include Basic computer skills, MS Office, strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced manufacturing environment, strong work ethic with verifiable references.
