What You Will Do
In this position, you will provide a broad assortment of administrative support to the HR Administrator responsible for statewide recruitment and Labor Relations. You will ensure communication flows smoothly between the HR Administrator, customers and the HR Teams. In this role, you will work within a dynamic team, supporting a workload that has competing priorities. You will manage scheduling, correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, file systems, supply inventory and provide support to the Recruitment Team.

What We Are Looking For
Experienced professional with three years of administrative experience providing support that included one year at a full performance level performing typing, word processing, or other generating of documents; and lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.

Courses or training in Office Occupations or Office Technology may be substituted for up to one year of the clerical/secretarial experience. No substitution will be made for the one year at the full performance level.
Candidates who are the most competitive will also reflect the following:
Ability to communicate detailed information to a diverse audience. Communication must be at a professional level with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Must be self-motivated and be able to meet numerous firm deadlines with frequent interruptions in their daily work schedules.
Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint.
