Delivering world class executions of our projects makes us the happiest!Summary: A great candidate for this role will have a broad knowledge of Human Resource functions, from hiring to onboarding, employee compensation to performance management, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. They will be big picture thinkers, with the ability to adapt and identify how to drive all people-related functions forward within the organization.This role is dynamic, ever-changing, and in a fast-paced environment. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks such as developing training and development strategies, administering employee benefits, and crafting company policies.You will utilize Paycor HRIS and OneDrive to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and confidential. You will also serve as the main point of contact for employee questions on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the entire organization.Responsibilities: Maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of the HRIS (Paycor) system.Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Oversee and direct all HR efforts, including developing new and existing ways for efficiency and accuracy.Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Utilize a hands-on approach to manage, develop, and support direct reports in the Human Resources department.Administer compensation and benefit plans, conduct benefits orientations, audit benefit carrier invoices, and assist employees with benefits related questions.Advise managers with recommendations on corrective action, coaching, and documenting disciplinary action.Develop and cultivate a performance management program.Revise, edit, and implement company policies, procedures, and other HR-related documents.Assist in the talent acquisition and recruitment process.Organize and coordinate employee engagement, as well as training and development initiatives.Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave of absence, FMLA, benefits, and compensation.Monitor and proactively find ways to support and enhance employee morale and company culture.Process complaints and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist capacity.Experience with HRIS required, Paycor experience preferred.BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.Must have experience with the C-Level Suite.Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws.Excellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem solving.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.Experience with OSHA and DOT regulations and compliance.Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:HRIS: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
