Job Description : NOTICE OF SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION

Local voters are reminded that the annual school trustee election for the purpose of
electing one (1) trustees for a three year term and one (1) trustees for a two year
term for Harlem School District #12 will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. The
following position will be vacant:

Kathleen Adams (3 year)
John Young (2 year)

Any interested person may pick up a declaration of intent and oath of candidacy at
the Harlem School District #12 Business Office. Any person who is qualified to
vote in the district shall be eligible for the office of trustee. The declaration of
intent and oath of candidacy must be filed with the District Election
Administrator, Cassie Handran, before 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 24th,
2022. No candidate may appear on the ballot unless they meet this deadline. The
length of term (3 years or 2 years) must be specified on the oath of candidacy.
