Position : Machine Operator
Job Description : **We currently have a second shift (Monday-Thursday 3:30pm – 1:30am) position available.Be a part of our personalization team; which operates, calibrates and maintains our hi-tech RFID converting and printing machines.This is a great opportunity to join a recognized and growing company within the RFID Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, where you will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver quality products to our customers.We are offering a competitive compensation package for this position, including benefits and an employer matched 401k, as well as the potential for long term growth and development opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Complies with good manufacturing practicesMaintains accurate recordsSupports quality systemsMaintains good communication with production team members to ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.Support technical in appropriate maintenance activitiesMonitors machine to ensure efficient productionEnsure adequate supply of department production materials and communicate requirements for replenishmentResponsible for startup and shut down of assigned production machine.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate machine operating difficulties.Ensure that the proper materials are used for each product being produced.Complete required paperwork and checklists as requiredRequirements: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsCan lift material up to 60IbsPrevious manufacturing experience (Preferred)Previous machine operating experience (Preferred)Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location: One location
