Job Description : Eligible for a $5,000 Stay Bonus!
The Medical Records Specialist maintains patient hospital and clinic medical records and performs a variety of related clerical duties including but not limited to: daily chart processing and review, review and completion of written and verbal requests for release of health information, scanning, data collection and tracking, along with other duties as assigned. The HIM Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of the medical record as well as maintaining privacy and confidentiality of all information.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a RHIA or RHIT, preferred but not required

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
