Job Description : Are you a proven Property Management professional with a passion for customer service? If so, we would love to add you to our team as a Community Manager in Ft. Gratiot, MI! We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day to day operations of our conventional Multi-Family community and provide top notch service to our resident and prospects.Our Community Manager Will Be Responsible For:Daily operation of a multi-family communityOversight of all Maintenance personnel and operationsProspect experience, from lead to leaseManagement of resident move in, renewals and move outAll A/P and A/R, including invoice payment, vendor management and rent collection.Marketing efforts to lease to new prospects and retain current residents.Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate staff as needed.To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:5+ years Property Management experienceKnowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirementsPrevious experience managing, training and motivating a cohesive team.Working knowledge of Property Management softwareA positive, can-do attitude!A strong desire to exceed the expectations of our residentsWe offer full benefits, 401k, paid time off, competitive wages and more!
