Job Description : JOB SUMMARY:
The retail operation encompasses many fun and important duties including cashiering, running of games, inventory control, maintenance, greeting at the Nuts-and-Bolts entrance, merchandising, and stocking.

A Nuts-and-Bolts retail associate will assist customers, work the registers, and maintain the floor by restocking and cleaning. He/she will also serve as a deterrent for theft. A good working knowledge of the inventory and a commitment to customer service with a genuine interest in helping people are important.

Attendants working in the games area are responsible for the set-up and tear down of inflatable games, crowd control, accuracy with cash transactions and collecting tokens from each person participating on an inflatable game. EVERYONE will also be responsible to make the inflatables safe by ensuring the rides are utilized in the proper way.

One Games Attendant will operate the very fun oversized Plinko during every game. This person will help with set up, prizing display and distribution and accuracy with cash transactions.

The retail sales associate with previous cashier experience or promotion within the department will also serve as a game-time cashier.

HOURS:
The season consists of 67 home games that are played between April and September.
Working in the Retail Store requires a flexible schedule which includes the ability to work several Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons throughout the season.
