Job Description : -Provides support to the Lead Teacher during the work period.-Follows the Montessori Method of Education and follows the Montessori curriculum.-Helps to maintain a superior learning environment, provide classroom management through positive redirection and positive discipline.-Supervises recess and helps with light cleaning duties.-Montessori or childcare experience is preferred, but not necessary.
