Position : Activities Aide – NMCC
Job Description : To provide group and individual activities that meets the need(s) of facility residents. Assists in planning activities; assists residents by leading and participating in activities and programs; encourages residents to participate; provide safe environment for residents; assist with feeding residents; perform personal shopping for residents, drive Activity bus or van as needed; completes initial assessments within timeframe designated by policy and regulations; documentation; assists residents’ concerns and responses to interventions from staff; assists in identifying ways to accommodate resident choices, preferences, and routines.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) High school degree or equivalent
2) Able to read and follow moderately detailed instructions 3) Able to write/print legibly
4) Interest in arts/crafts preferred
5) Able to communicate verbally in a clear, cheerful tone
6) Valid Montana Driver’s License
7) Licensed MT Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.)

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
