Job Description : All applications must be submitted: https://secure2.entertimeonline.com/ta/Stash.careers?CareersSearchThe Cultivation Associate provides care and support for plant cultivation through abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This position is responsible for proper care of all plants while assuring quality to expected company standards and ensuring a safe work environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Assists with assigned tasks including fertigation, harvest, propagation and all other cultivation work including execution of production and harvest plansAssist in all plant care from clone to harvest in indoor grow, through trimming, curing packaging, watering, feeding, monitoring environment, etc., as neededPruningTransplanting/Moving plantsCloningCleaning and proper sanitation of all work areas as well as any tools used in trimming, curing, etc.Inspecting product for mold, fungus, disease, bugs, or other abnormalities and report to managersResponsible and accountable for quality control through every phase of production.Participate and follow inventory practices and assist withaudits/reconciliation for all inventory and materials to include, supplies, plants, process product,equipment, etc.Other (IPM, room checks, meetings, breaks, post-harvest, hand watering, etc.)Follow all rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA regulations, organizationstandards and legal regulationsKeep good records and follow good documentation practicesPerform any other tasks assigned by management”Work Remotely * NoJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
