Job Description : Director of Store Operations**JOB PURPOSE: **To deliver on the mission of wilco by profitably providing superior customer service.**JOB SUMMARY: * Lead and oversee strategies and execution of Wilco Stores in-store activities including customer service, staffing, facilities *and merchandise presentation.Supervises: **District Managers, Grooming Services Manager, Grooming Services Specialist and select Store Managers****Essential Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: Leads, develops and delivers on strategies and plans affecting Wilco in-store activitiesParticipates in overall Wilco Stores strategies and in other meetings as the primary store operations leaderHires and oversees training of DMs, Store Managers and MITsLeads store operations portion of annual planning and budgeting activitiesDelivers planned store financial performanceOther Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following: Hires and leads grooming services staff and programsAuthorizes and approves store expendituresVisits and reports on all Wilco stores at least semi-annuallyOther duties as requested by the PresidentAnd other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.Special Skills/TrainingDemonstrated ability to build effective teams and deliver store resultsAbility to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to customers and staff.Experience/Education10 years retail management experience.5 years multi-location management experience or equivalentDegree in Retail, Agribusiness, or related field.Location: 200 Industrial WayJob Type: Full-timePay: $137,000.00 – $152,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
