Job Description : Culligan Water Of Bozeman is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Duties will include coordinating office supplies, greeting customers and providing any general administrative support for our employees. Previous experience in office management is required. A successful candidate should be able to navigate the Office software including email, scheduling, reporting and billing. Ultimately the Manager will ensure the smooth daily operations of the office and help to improve the company procedures of the day to day operations.Responsibilities include: Oversee administrators, mailings, office supplies and equipment.Manage office softwareWork with owner to update office and company policies and procedures as necessaryOversight, recording and submission of HAACP (Compliance of all Culligan water)Invoicing and receivablesWrite up contractsRun weekly route schedules for techniciansOpen and update new customer filesRun timely weekly and monthly reportsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Bozeman, MT 59715: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
