Daily Duties:
1. Greeting customers promptly

2. Ask questions to understand the clients needs.

3. Properly follow company process and procedures in order to effectively complete your job.

4. Write estimates and quote customers.

5. Properly place work orders on the schedule for available technicians to complete the work needed to repair the clients vehicle.

6. Close repair orders upon completion.

7. Review the repairs with the client in order to build a relationship with them, educate them, and provide excellent customer service in order to obtain great CSI scores.
