Using business knowledge regarding training paths, courses, classes, schedules, and system access roles, provides help desk and other operational support.Build schedules leveraging operational requirements within databases/Learning Management System including data imports.Prepare reports and statistical summaries leveraging data from relevant systems.Coordinate with team members, other groups, and vendors to resolve incidents and requests, and improve processes.Stay current with relevant advances in technologies including participation in the analysis and design of a new LMS representing departmental needs.Think creatively to suggest and implement improvements to processes.Required Qualifications*Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a related role.High-quality customer service skills.Proficiency with current computer technology and applications (e.g. Learning Management Systems, spreadsheet, and collaboration applications).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization and adapt to a variety of interaction styles.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.Work LocationsThis position is being made available with the ability for you to negotiate alternative work schedules and remote/on-site options to suit your work-life balance. You will be required to work on-site periodically to coordinate room supplies and support on site education delivery. May require travelling to multiple locations on and off campus and moving throughout buildings to provide support and deliver/retrieve training materials.
