Job Description : The PositionBased at Multnomah DHS, this position works as a dedicated member of a team that provides evidence-based assessments, substance abuse treatment, case management, and recovery support services.Job DutiesReceive referrals and conduct behavioral health assessments, brief intervention, and referrals.Following appropriate policies, participate in the direct treatment of program clients.Provide recovery and prevention education to individuals and groups.Work with school staff and community partners to provide youth and families with needed resources.Education / ExperienceBilingual/bicultural English/Spanish required.An Associate’s degree in the human services field.
