The Louis Vuitton Troy, MI is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead the exceptional focus of client relations activities in our Somerset location. The Client Relations Manager will have a thorough understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors, an elevated approach to events and a proven track record of impacting business, driving client relations strategies and objectives for the Troy Somerset location.
Profil

Team Management and Development

Ensure your team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs and tailor individual action plans
Identify, recruit and develop talent
Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectation
Manage and motivate the team to drive business; create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers

Selling and Floor Management

Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership tot he team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling and client re-purchase
Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the Louis Vuitton service standards are achieved

Development and Training of the Team on Clienteling and Client Relations

Support and guide the store team on their clienteling activities, ensuring a balanced and appropriate focus
Propose action plans and related tools (events, opportunities for contact, templates for e-mails, etc.)
Share and encourage good practices within the store
Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of clients, demonstrating best in class clienteling actions
Keep the team informed of digital activities and encourage them to use digital tools when appropriate in order to maximize client benefit
Propose, organize and manage all Client event activities
Propose, prepare and manage virtual bridges and exceptional experiences top clients
