Client Services Field Supervisor Job Description
Bridges is seeking responsible, organized and motivated individuals to manage client services and assigned staff. You will be responsible for the service management regarding specific clients. You will also manage, coordinate and direct the activities of numerous staff who provide services to those individuals we serve.
We are seeking qualified individuals who demonstrate the ability to meet the responsibilities and qualifications below.

Client Services Field Supervisor Responsibilities:
Facilitate client needs and requests
Coordinate family interviews for new applicants
Develop appropriate habilitation goals and service objectives based on each individual’s needs
Report complaints made by the consumer or their advocate, guardian, parent or other legally responsible individuals
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
Maintain the confidentiality of all client information
. Requirements:

Client Services Field Supervisor Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable social services field from an accredited university and 2 years’ experience in a related field and/or in management.
OR five years of experience specifically in the coordination/management of services to individuals with disabilities.
OR A combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to meet all necessary job functions (at the discretion and with the approval of the President).
Must have an appropriate level of knowledge regarding office support functions
Must be able to interpret, apply and explain complex information such as regulations, policies or services
Must be skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving
Must successfully complete all state and federal required training
