This is a 35-45 hr/wk position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery and providing exceptional customer service to our account base. Some weekends, holidays and overnight trips are required.Duties + ResponsibilitiesAbility to read and efficiently work from Route ManifestDeliver products to customers using truck, pallet jack and/or hand truckSafely and efficiently deliver products to various customers throughout Oregon and Washington in company vans or trucksAccurately record invoices, credits and other information on the Route ManifestAssist customers during delivery as needed with a positive upbeat mannerFollow check-in procedures and accurate payment of invoicesTransport items from receiving or production to staging or other designated areasSkills + AbilitiesPositive attitudeStrong time management skillsAbility to multi-task multiply tasks and projectsStrong attention to detailThe ability to follow and understand strict SOP’s (standard operating procedures)Ability to take direction and work independentlyComputer skills including word, excel, and Google sheetsRequired Minimum Qualifications:Positive attitude and teamwork mentalityAbility to apply for and receive a DOT Medical CertificateGood driving record and current and valid Oregon driver’s licenseDesired Qualifications:Stellar customer service experienceCommercial driving experienceHigh School diploma or GED equivalentPhysical Demands:The employee must frequently lift and/or move up 140lbs pounds or more by hand, as well as move heavier amounts using available equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack or hand truck.Work RemotelyNoCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccination against COVID 19 is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeYear round workSupplemental Pay:TipsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
