Job Description : Document Delivery – Contract Seeking Independent Contractors to handle Field Calls, Letter Deliveries, and small inspections at homes and some businesses for financial institutions. Field Representatives are Independent Contractors representing our clients in the financial industry in field and are paid per completed assignment. Great for small businesses and sole proprietors who enjoy working alone and are seeking additional work.New to this field or want to start a business in field services? You can go to this site to get a better understanding of the type of work and even get a free certification: https://mortgagefieldservices.comRequirements: Our clients require that you are a professional set up as a business with an EIN (through the IRS) and a DBA (Doing Business As), OR LLC, OR Business License registered with your State or County – Must be able to submit proof.Must have a reliable computer, printer, and internet with good computer knowledge to upload pictures and reportsCan take photos during the day and evening time with time and date stampsMust have an up-to-date Smart PhoneAble to pass a background checkMust be able to work nights and weekends if necessary, for client requirementsComfortable and confident knocking on doors and conducting short interviewsMust be reliable, answer calls, timely, be professional and organizedEnjoy driving, knows how to map routes efficiently to complete work on timeNotaries are eligible for more work – must submit proof of licenseDESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Business Inspections ~ $12 – $20: Drive by property inspections no contact or appointment interior inspectionOne-Run Field Call ~ $10 Service involves the attempt to make face-to-face contact with borrower and the delivery of a client letter. ($20-$50 if call ins to client are made)Multi-Run (Up to 3 runs) Accounts ~ $16-$18 or $35 (* *Base is $16/$18 flat rate for all attempts, then up to $35 if incentive is met* *):Letter Delivery ~ $6-$10 (* *Fees are based on area/location of coverage* *): Service requires representatives to deliver a letter in a sealed Personal and Confidential envelope.COVERAGE: Each representative is assigned a designated territory based on the zip code they reside and will cover anywhere from a 10 mile to 15-mile BASE radius depending on the work volume in the area. This enables representatives to attempt assignments within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. There are opportunities when reps are able to complete assignments outside of that radius for additional pay when applicable.We pay weekly. The above fees are subject to change by mutual agreement. The fee schedule is intended to reflect typical circumstances and conditions. Fees are negotiable for special circumstances.We will review your resume with your city/zip code and contact you if your area is available. Potential for most areas is $300 – $1,200+ per month.
