Position : Group Sales Coordinator

Job Description : The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Group Sales department and sales representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate daily group sales reports to provide to management.
Oversee and train interns, game day staff and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures.
Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, credential requests, time off requests, and purchase orders.
Organize and coordinate sales events including Group leader party, and activation of benefits to group leaders.
Respond to fan inquiries via email.
Coordinate all department Group mailings.
Assemble pre-homestand meeting reports and coordinate game day responsibilities during each homestand.
Produce scoreboard message reports, food credit reports and picnic reports.
Act as liaison between Group Sales and all other departments.
All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Sales/customer service background is a plus.

WORK CONDITIONS
Office environment.
Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required.
