Job Description : Our client is a leading global automotive supplier located in Holland, MIResponsibilitiesThe HR Manager will be responsible for developing a team culture that drives high performance and keeps safety top of mindProvide HR leadership, guidance and coaching to all site leadersResponsible for HR KPI’s and action plans to achieve operating resultsResponsible for overall HR department effectivenessSite HRIS administratorLead full-time salaried, manufacturing floor and temporary workforce recruitment efforts to ensure top talentOwner of talent management, development and engagement activitiesLead various core annual programs including, but not limited to: benefits open enrollment, wellness events, leadership development training, compensation planning, performance management and succession planningResponsible for site handbook and HR processes and proceduresResponsible to the drive continuous improvement mindset within the department and partner to promote the CI culture within the facilityAct as Global HR Team Member and lead/support projects as applicableEnsure compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as established HR processes and proceduresRecognizes excellence in the efforts and work of othersEstablishes partner relationships with clientsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related5+ years of experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environmentBehavioral CompetenciesIntegrity – Iron cladEnergy/Drive – Exhibits high level of energy and ability to energize othersStrong desire to achieve, high dedication levelEnjoys seeing others succeedAbility to energize and motivate othersHas a positive ‘can do’ attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
