Job Description : Work with Us! We are looking for a person comfortable climbing ladders, and able to operate a pressure washing machine to wash our house painting projects ahead of our painting crews. Equipment and company vehicle will be provided, along with a company gas card. No experience is necessary, training will be provided. This position is a physical labor position.RequirementsAble and willing to work 32+ hours per weekAble to lift and maneuver washing equipment (ladders, pressure washer, etc. of 50 lbs)Must be 18 or olderMust be willing to drive company vehicle from job site to job siteMust have a clean driving record, and valid drivers licenseMust be personable and able to follow instructionsMust not be afraid of heights, as climbing ladders is required at timesMust be able to work alone with minimal supervisionCompensation$22.00 – $26.00 per hour starting pay, with increases based on performance.About our companyTwin City Painting Inc.(twincitypainting.com) is a locally owned Portland house painting contractor.
