Job Description : Viscomi, Gersh, Simpson & Joos, PLLP is seeking a full or part time receptionist. Applicant must be dependable, have excellent customer service and computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of an existing team are a must. Previous reception experience is preferred.Applicant will be working the front desk providing customer service for clients and guests. Duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking detailed messages, collecting payments, light cleaning and some office assistant duties such as filing, copying, scanning and word processing. Applicant must know how to use email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and general office equipment such as fax and copy machines.Starting pay will depend upon applicant’s experience and background.Please do not stop by or call the office about this job posting.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
