Job Description : Rapidly expanding cannabis and hemp company in Forest Grove/Hillsboro is looking for a sales representative to join our team. We are a Certified Kind and USDA Organic facility looking for a dynamic, focused, and driven individual who can help us expand our brand presence throughout Oregon.The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and comfortable with in-person cold calling, building relationships, and delivering the highest level of customer service in the industry. The majority of this job will be spent in the field actively acquiring and maintaining accounts, including deliveries.We offer a competitive base salary and mileage reimbursement along with an incentive-based bonus structure.Requirements: Must have dependable transportationValid Drivers License is requiredMust be reliable, and self-motivatedMust be 21 years of ageMust have OLCC Worker PermitAbility to work independentlyGood communication skillsAbility to travel throughout OregonResponsibilities: Manage retail relationships in sales territoryMaintain monthly and weekly schedulesWork towards, set, and exceed goals with sales teamMaintain a high level of product and retail knowledgeUnderstand regulations, and stay up to date with changesBuild/maintain relationships with store managers and buyersJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $32,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payWork Location: On the road
