Position : Clinic Coaching Director

Job Description : Acorn Dentistry for Kids is looking for an expert in coaching and team development to join us during a time of rapid growth. The Clinic Director provides support and guidance to our Clinic Coaches and champions company values and mission through a collaborative coaching culture. The Clinic Director will be responsible for the success of our clinic leadership team, and will work hand in hand with our Coaches to ensure our patients are comfortable and taken care of.

This role will have the opportunity to host frequent leadership meetings and spend time with the Coaches going over subjects such as culture and context trainings, opportunities to improve patient experiences, and open round table discussions. The Clinic Director’s confident leadership combined with their passion for team building will ensure our Clinic Coaches reach their true potential, and will give our patients and parents the excellent pediatric dental care that Acorn Dentistry for Kids is known for.

Responsibilities
Oversight of development and guidance of the clinic leadership team.
Support the Acorn vision and ensure a positive coaching culture throughout our clinics.
Guide the Clinic Coaches through frequent coaching conversations and hands on leadership training.
Collaborate frequently with the Acorn Dentistry for Kids leadership team.
Report on clinic financials and ensure board compliance.
Organize Clinic Coach meetings and develop frequent coach trainings.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Leadership experience with a ‘Coaching Culture’ mindset required.
Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience.
Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or another related field preferred.
Experience leading teams through start-ups or rapid periods of company growth.
COVID-19 vaccine required. Exemptions considered.
