Job Description : We are seeking a hands-on controller to oversee the company finances for two companies. Manage three direct reports.Perform detailed review of all income statement and balance sheet accounts at end of month to confirm correct posting and accurate expenses based on transactions posted throughout the month by bookkeepers and have an understanding of transactions.Ensure that our medical billing company is billing all charges, reviewing AR and collections, dealing with any new billing issues that ariseReconcile payments to party billing company and post receipts to each facility.Reconcile bank accountsTrack income and expense of numerous facilities to determine profitabilityPrepare financials for both entities reviewing profitability and variances by facility/location.Oversee complicated payroll as prepared by payroll/bookkeeperReview cosmetic patient payments as handled by bookkeeper.Work with our audit specialist to confirm all audits of our billing company are working and in place.Work with retirement plan administrator, CPA, insurance brokerWork with owners on financial set-up when opening new practice locationsWork on streamlining current systems and looking for efficiencies in our processes.Overall, keep a pulse of day to day operations and keep owners aware of any new issues and/or items that they should be aware of.Experience in healthcare industry or medical billing industry is a plus!Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Supervisor or manager: 1 year (Required)Controller: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
