Please review the entire employment advertisement prior to submitting your resume and include a cover letter or paragraph explaining why you believe you are the ideal candidate for this position.Requirements:Proven telephone and or face to face positive guest interaction (minimum 1-3 years).Able to demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills.Heavy inbound and outbound calling experience (no cold calling required).Professional approach and appearance.MUST speak CLEARLY and have a pleasant phone manner.Established dedication to the guest experience with the ability to instantly build rapport with guests over the phone.Organized, self -disciplined, and a quick learner.Bilingual is a plus.Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends (full time position).Our family owned business has an excellent suburb location who has proudly served its community for 51 years.
