Job Description : Job Title: WutzNxt Executive Administrative AssistantJob Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor, you can chooseJob Description: WutzNxt is a family-owned business based in Tulatin, OR that oversees multiple entrepreneur- based companies from Events, Charities, Publication, Microsoft, etc.We are seeking a multi-tasker, high energy, fasted pace and engaged Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using Microsoft Office tools.This position is a strong mix of personal and professional services. Included in above is support with management of online retail accounts, purchases, regular returns, and management of inventories. Support in management of the household staff, schedules, etc. This position requires reliable transportation as you will be asked to run errands on a regular basis.We are excited to meet you if you enjoy high organization, can multi-task like a master, isn’t easily rattled and ultimately can effectively and efficiently run the day-to-day operations of our office and lives.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsPlan meetings and take detailed minutes, actions, and follow upWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsBook travel arrangementsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsProvide coordination and management of the household staff, services, and any scheduled vendorsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients, contractors, etc.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers across all companiesSkillsProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers, and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $67,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Tualatin, OR 97062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)Multi task abilities very important: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
