Job Description : We are a Private Wealth Advisory firm that specializes in complex financial planning and sophisticated investment management. We are looking for a driven, responsible and goal oriented Paraplanner who can work full time within our practice as a support member to our dynamic team.In this position you would be an integral part of our team and performing the following tasks:- Meeting and file preparation- In-depth financial account review- Integration of practice initiatives- Calendar management- Client service and contact- Report preparation and analysis- Assistance in financial planning and asset management proposal development- Meeting follow up and task management- Application processingThis job is very fast-paced and requires great attention to detail, as well as excellent multi-tasking skills. We require your proficiency with the following applications:- Microsoft Word- Microsoft Excel- Microsoft PowerPoint- Microsoft OutlookSomeone who will excel in this career should have the following attributes:- Ability to manage many tasks at once- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful work environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High energy and positive demeanor- Reliable and able to take on responsibility- Ability to learn quickly and hungry for more knowledge- Professional appearance and service oriented- Strong work ethic2 years industry experience and knowledge of financial markets and understanding of investment terminology is recommended to apply. Previous financial services experience and FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 are also helpful but not required.This is not a job posting – it is a career posting.
