Position : Planting and Plant Care Crew
Job Description : Are you looking for a fun, outdoor summer job? Are you looking for an awesome seasonal job you can make your own and return to year over year with increasing benefits? If so, being a part of Big Sky Landscaping is for you!
Position Title: Plant Crew Position Type: Full-time seasonal
No experience necessary! We’ll train the right person.
Benefits:
Starting wage: $21-24/hour
Incentive program: Opportunity to earn an additional $2/hour for every hour worked. Paid out monthly and at end of the season. Potential to earn an additional $1,500 or more per season.
Work “4-10s,” Monday through Thursday in May and June. Some Fridays are required in July and August.
Ride share available from Belgrade/Bozeman in company commuter vehicle.
Work truck and tools provided
Flexibility for time-off as needed
Plenty of opportunity for overtime

What the Horticulture Crew does: Big Sky Landscaping’s Horticulture Crew Members are passionate about plants and oversee all plant health (flowers, trees, shrubs) at unique client properties. This position offers some of the most diversity of all landscaping positions: Planting flowers, delivering flowers, designing plant beds, pruning, watering, and fertilizing. Big Sky Landscaping prides itself on being a fun company that provides the best landscaping service in Big Sky. Get paid a pretty penny while learning about the cultivated outdoors.

Excited and motivated to work 40+ quality hours a week
Creativity and fun
Current driver’s license and a clean driving record – preferred
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Good time management
Attention to detail
Desire to learn how to safely operate equipment associated with landscaping including, but not limited to: Pruning shears, chainsaw, and chipper.
